Within 90 days, if there is a small problem with the Bogistshop’s product, we can provide accessories shipping service to solve the product quality problem in time.(Note: If you purchase E-Scooter on www.bogistshop.com for more than 14 days and within 90 days, we can provide a half-price refund service, not a full refund service, customers need to send E-Scooter back to our warehouse, After we confirm receipt of the products, we will refund the customer on time.)

Refund Within 14 Days From The Item’s Arrival To The Customer
Any new, unopened and unused product purchased on the bogistshop.com can be returned within 14 days for a refund (to original method of payment). Customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all orders and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer.

Refunds for different time periods

2.Within 14-90 days:Partial refund,Exchange is supported, it depends on the actual problem.
3. Over 90 days: Refunds are not acceptable.
Note for Battery: If If the electric scooter fails due to battery failure within one month, it can provide free replacement. If more than 1 month but within 3 months, customers need to pay half price to buy batteries. More than 3 months, the customer bears the full battery purchase cost. The Motor is not in the warranty without 30 Days.
Damage & Protection
Unless reported prior to the return/exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product arrives undamaged and in working condition. Products returned with heavy use, unreported damage, or without original packaging may be rejected.
Shipping Costs
If you insist on returning our products, please contact us, we will send you a return address.you need to return to the original shipping address or the corresponding warehouse address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note:The accessories of electric scooter we can’t be responsible for the return shipping fee .
The refund time for credit/debit card payment
When you initiate a refund, we will submit a refund application to your payment bank within 1-2 business day, and the bank will process the refund to your payment card within 2-5 business days. The exact time you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of bank. It’s usually takes about 3-7 business days.
