Any new, unopened and unused product purchased on the bogistshop.com can be returned within 14 days for a refund (to original method of payment). If a defect arises during the Warranty Period,Bogistshop will repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, OR, exchange the product with an equivalent product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Damage & Protection
Unless reported prior to the return/exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product arrives undamaged and in working condition. Products returned with heavy use, unreported damage, or without original packaging may be rejected.
Shipping Costs
If you insist on returning our products, please contact us, we will send you a return address.you need to return to the original shipping address or the corresponding warehouse address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

The refund time for credit/debit card payment
